to suit your own particular needs and requirements, or we can work to
your own Architect's drawings and specifications.
In Rural areas, and the more sensitive site, houses
can be amended or designed to incorporate windows with vertical emphasis
to give an even more traditional visual aspect.
The "Island" Range when fully built by ourselves, includes
Scandinavian design door sets to front and rear entrances, Scandinavian
design Laminated Red Pine double glazed windows with "K" low
emissivity glass, coloured bathroom suites, fully fitted kitchen with
rolled front worktops, immersion heater, artex ceilings throughout.
A chimney and fireplace can be incorporated into any house type, as
can the stone feature panels shown on some styles, at extra cost. White
goods for the Kitchen/Utility can also be provided.

you decide to have a house fully built by ourselves, to our award winning
high standards, we will be pleased to furnish you with a fixed price
quotation. However, due to the varying nature of house plots, their
location, availability of services, etc. This can only be done once
all relevant information of the site and your personal requirements
are to hand. All houses when built by ourselves are covered with the
"Secure By Design" accolade and NHBC ten year Buildmark Warranty.
