12.7mm moisture resistant plasterboard to shower areas only.
250mm fibreglass insulation to ceilings (1 x 100mm, 1 x 150mm).
150mm fibreglass insulation to outer walls.
150mm thermapitch TP10 insulations to coombs where applicable.
80mm fibreglass insulation to bathroom and shower room partitions.
Gyproc coving to lounge, lounge/dining area or dining only.
Prefabricated archways as applicable.
Prefabricated internal door sets (900mm wide as applicable) with pre-finished sapele doors prehung in frame with latch bored in and fixed, complete with mitre facings attached.

Supplied with each house kit is a complete set of working drawings, a booklet on erection procedure and a components delivery list which itemises all parts supplied.

Plans are available “As Brochure” or “Opposite Hand”. Plans are also available to client’s own designs and specifications.
Plans for submission to the Local Authority for the necessary Building Approvals will be supplied for a nominal charge which will be deducted from the house kit price when an order is placed.
